You must be at least 13 and legally able to agree to these terms where you live. If local law requires parental or guardian permission, you may use SpectraFrame only with that permission. Do not use the service if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.

Use an identity you control, provide accurate account information, and protect your sign-in method. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person should maintain one SpectraFrame profile even when using more than one supported sign-in provider. We may link providers that use the same verified email to reduce duplicate accounts.

Notify the site administrator if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require identity verification before changing account ownership, access, or sensitive information.

You keep ownership of original content you create. By publishing content on SpectraFrame, you grant SpectraFrame a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and technically adapt that content only as needed to operate, promote, secure, and improve the service. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for reasonable backups, legal retention, moderation records, and copies embedded in community interactions.

You represent that you have the rights needed to publish your contribution and that it does not violate law, privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights.

Challenge the score, framework, evidence, or interpretation—not the dignity of the person. Follow the Community Guidelines. Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, deceive, dox, spam, manipulate engagement, evade moderation, upload malicious material, scrape the service abusively, or interfere with another person’s access.

SpectraFrame scores, Resonance Fingerprints, community projections, CounterFrames, and recommendations express subjective opinion or automated interpretation. They are not statements of objective quality, professional advice, or guarantees that you will enjoy a film. Recommendation ordering may be incomplete, experimental, or affected by limited rating data.

The service may link to or depend on third-party identity providers, film databases, videos, images, websites, and infrastructure. SpectraFrame does not control their availability, accuracy, security, or practices. Third-party material remains subject to the rights and terms of its respective owner. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

The SpectraFrame name, mascot, visual identity, site design, original software, scoring presentation, and original editorial materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for rights expressly granted in these terms, no rights are transferred to you. Do not copy, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit protected parts of the service except where law expressly permits it.

We may review, limit visibility of, remove, preserve, or restore content, and may warn, suspend, deactivate, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect members, comply with law, prevent abuse, or maintain the service. Moderation decisions may consider context and are not guaranteed to be error-free.

Respect copyright and other intellectual-property rights. Reports of claimed infringement must contain the information described in the Copyright & DMCA Policy. Knowingly submitting a materially false notice or counter-notice may create legal liability.

SpectraFrame is an evolving experiment. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features; impose reasonable limits; correct errors; or change availability without guaranteeing advance notice. We may update these terms, and continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpectraFrame is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpectraFrame and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, reputation, opportunity, or profits arising from use of—or inability to use—the service. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the service, your content, or your material violation of these terms. This does not require you to compensate SpectraFrame for conduct caused by SpectraFrame itself.

If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms stay in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your account or these terms without permission. Applicable law and any non-waivable rights where you live continue to apply.
